Common questions
Is there any cost to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is completely free. You'll only pay when we reach out to confirm your order. We don't yet know when we'll ship units. You aren't locked into anything.
How many early access spots are available?
We're limiting early access to 250 units for our first production run. Once these are reserved, the program closes.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before order confirmation with no penalty. After payment, standard return policies apply.
What if I'm not satisfied with the product?
We offer a 60-day return window for early access members. If Arkvōr doesn't meet your expectations, return it for a full refund.
Will I be able to upgrade to future hardware?
Yes. Early access members get priority access to new hardware generations and special trade-in pricing.
Do I need a subscription?
No. The hardware comes with a core knowledge library that works forever. Subscriptions improve the responses, expand content, and unlock new features.
